We have 50 rooms which are equipped with:  IDD phone, Cable Television, Air conditioner, Fire alarm system, Complimentary wireless internet access, Electric water  heater, Bathtub, Mini-bar, Toilet kit, Slippers.

Benefits & Conditions: The Room rates are inclusive of: 5% VAT and 5% Service charge.

Reserved rooms will be held until 6:00 PM on the arrival date unless guaranteed payment or an agreement is arranged.

Check-out time: 12h00 noon.

Check-in time: 14h00.

Special discount rates will be applied for group & long-term guests.

Payment: by cash or transfer

DORMITARY PRICE LIST:

1.Short time guests:

*From 110.000VND to 150.000VDN/2 first hours
(According to the room list below)

After the first two hours, each extra hour costs 10% of the room's price.
After 5 first hours, the price should be the whole day price.

*VIP rooms price: 150.000VND/hour.

2.Full-day guests:

Note: The checkout time for one day is before 12pm of the next day.
After 12pm, the extra cost is 10% of the room’s price for a single hour.
After 5pm, it costs the wholeday price.
